Evonic Fires required a way for sales teams to quickly showcase their wide range of products to customers on-site. Equipped with mobile technology, Evonic Fires wanted a lightweight, app-free way of displaying their products, including customisation options such as colours and surrounding décor, as well as their USPs. To help facilitate this, we also needed to display an animation of the electric fireplace as though they were active, to help customers really visualise them within their own homes.

Evonic Fires are an award-winning manufacturer of British built electric fires, and are considered one of the most technically advanced manufacturers in the world. With a huge range of models to choose from, Evonic Fires has a heating solution to suit any interior. With so many models to choose from, a practical solution was needed to quickly show potential clients what these fires would look like in situ.

Why WebXR?

Using the power of WebXR technology, sales teams can show potential customers a 3D model of the chosen fireplace, allowing them a real-time visual for each possible combination of colours and décor. The power of WebXR gives the sales team the ability to rotate a live 3D representation of the fireplace all from within their web browser; regardless of the platform they’re using. Once happy they can then view this in AR and place it on their chosen wall to see what it will look like. They can even take a photo and share it or save it for later.
