How we can help

  1. Find the uses worth having

Most teams can list twenty places AI might help. Together we find the few that save real time or money.

  2. Prove it pays back

We work out with you how many hours it would save, what it costs to build and run, and how long it takes to pay for itself.

  3. Connect it to your systems

We plan with you how AI works with your inbox, CRM and finance system, and who looks after it.

  4. Manage the risks

From the start we look at accuracy, bias, data protection and who checks the AI’s work, so it stays reliable once it is running.

Plenty of organisations want to use AI. This is where they get stuck.

How we work

From first conversation to a plan you can defend

  1. Opportunity review

We talk to the people doing the work and find the tasks where AI would save the most time or money.

  2. Business case

For the strongest few, we work out with you the effort, the running costs and when each one pays back.

  3. Risk review

We check each chosen use for accuracy, bias, data protection and oversight, using the three themes of AI Management Essentials.

  4. Roadmap and training

You leave with a plan ranked by value, the systems each step connects to, and a team trained to run it.

The framework

Built on the government’s AI Management Essentials

AI Management Essentials is a self-assessment from the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, drawn from ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the EU AI Act. Our risk review follows its three themes, so the work we do together puts in place the processes it asks about.

The tool is voluntary and does not certify. Read the AI Management Essentials guidance.

  1. Internal processes

The policies, records and responsibilities behind every AI system you run.

  2. Managing risks

How you prevent, spot and fix problems such as inaccurate or biased output.

  3. Communication

What you tell staff, customers and suppliers about where and how you use AI.

Track record

Thirty years of building technology that works
