We have been lucky enough to work with the amazing Shuttleworth Collection in creating their augmented reality app “Discover Shuttleworth”. The app aims to engage younger audiences by allowing them to understand the story of engineering innovation, view any of the 12 different active pads and learn about the basics of flight in 3D.

The app works by displaying a motion captured avatar greeting the user at each interactive station, then they narrate the story and show footage of each plane in flight. The audience can then explore individual aspects of the plane which create an overall picture of the practical aspects of flight.
