TeamSales Case Study

TeamSales have offered first class temporary and permanent sales staff to the New Homes Industry since 1988. Today they have 16 staff, managing 2,000 negotiators for 1,200 clients.

Harmony have worked with TeamSales for over nine years, providing their website and extranet, myTeamSales, which was launched in November 2007. The current TeamSales site was rebranded and relaunched in spring 2008 and saw an increase in organic traffic to their site of over 25% this year compared to last.

The website and brand are simple and modern and reflects the clarity and accessibility of the TeamSales services. The company are customer focused, knowledgeable, forward-thinking, honest and proactive, and their online presence and systems had to fit into this persona.

With a personal login, TeamSales customers can access the company’s bespoke extranet at any time of the day to manage their details with the company. Candidates can for example:

This streamlines the process for TeamSales and their candidates, allowing flexibility – the myTeamSales system can be used through a browser anywhere where there is an internet connection.

Text Messaging

Candidates and clients are often on site, so TeamSales backs up their online and email communications with a text messaging service. If a client is on site, they wouldn’t be able to check email, so TeamSales texts them candidate details and the client can text back to confirm details or request a callback at a specific time. Candidates can receive notifications of deployments while away, and can text back to accept to allow them to line work up for their return with minimal interruption of their holiday.

Potential Candidates and Clients

New visitors can view informative articles, vacancies, submit their CV and communicate with the company through the external site. Candidates then have the added content of employer profiles, links to training and a regular newsletter, and employers can view further information on the TeamSales service, guarantee and request further information.
